As principal, I am committed to providing the necessary leadership to ensure that our vision of developing positive and productive citizens becomes reality.

Students at Aiken College & Career High School have the very unique opportunity of gaining college preparation, while also exploring a variety of career areas. We are confident that we have choices suited for all students.

For the 2008-09 school year, we have identified the following critical focus areas:

• Transition into high school for new 9th graders.
• Development of our Early College Program for our most academically strong students.
• Developing stronger partnerships with parents.
• Moving from “continuous improvement” to “effective” on our State Report Card.
• 100% graduation of seniors.
